29 Days of Football, Encounters and Exchanges: The German House of Soccer in New York
From June 1 to 30, 2026, the German House of Soccer (GHOS) in New York served as a meeting point for football fans, partners, media, and guests from around the world. Over 15,000 visitors took advantage of the DFB's offer during the World Cup, making GHOS a hub for encounters and exchanges.
Throughout the tournament against Canada, Mexico, and the USA, the DFB welcomed numerous guests in the heart of Manhattan. The GHOS provided a diverse program that quickly became a go-to spot for football fans, partners, media representatives, and prominent guests.
Among the visitors were GHOS ambassadors Ann-Katrin Berger and Jürgen Klinsmann, 2014 World Cup winners Mario Götze and Thomas Müller, as well as UN General Assembly President Annalena Baerbock. Together with many other guests, they helped bring life to the German House of Soccer and fostered international exchanges around football.
The DFB thanks all visitors, partners, and contributors who made the German House of Soccer in New York possible and turned it into a special meeting point for German and international football.
